Stacking Inventory

They do this in the shops and SDB, but should there be stacking in inventories? Would that make it easier or harder on you?

 

Honestly, I can see where there'd be issues. But it irks me to see non-stacked items in my inventory when it's stacked everywhere else.

I agree that I can see where there would certainly be issues, but I completely agree that stacking in the inventories would be nice. Though... I have to wonder if a petpet you had in your inventory that eats random things would eat the whole stack or not... Also it seems like it would open it up to a whole plethora of problems that could take months to get worked out.

 

I see both pros and cons. I am leaning towards it being a bit more convenient for us, but a whole lot of problem until they got all the bugs worked out.

It would be rather convenient, stacking inventories just make everything neater. Like Neon Hyena, I'm wondering what happens when say the Pant Devil steals something. I sure hope he won't steal the whole stack. :D

 

Maybe they'll consider it once they have most of the bugs worked out, because it would be cool.

I don't really see the reason for needing it.

You have your SDB to store items, why do you need your inventory to do that?

 

If you need something, just take it out of your SDB.

Well, it would be helpful when it comes to restocking. But the quick stock would need to be adjusted as well as other things, but you'd be able to choose how many you want to put somewhere like you do with taking out of the SDB.

 

Also, technically inventory stores items anyways, and this isn't really a long-term thing I'm talking about. I don't imagine anyone wanting to keep a stack of petpets or something in their inventory as that could prove disastrous.

 

It's simply more of a consistency thing with me.
