Edits not working?

I wanted to add more to a comment in a thread here, but my edit would not go through at all. I had to nearly double post, thankfully somebody posted in between my first and second to avoid that. However, even if I did, a moderator may find the exact same problem I'm having and I could inadvertently bring it to their attention. Still, this is the better way. I hope it isn't just me with this problem.

Given that nobody has responded, I think it might be just you. I edited a post earlier today with no trouble.
