esem17 Posted September 9, 2014 Share Posted September 9, 2014 I recently scored high enough to earn the Attack of the Slorgs avatar (and a trophy) twice, but the game didn't award it to me. I took a screenshot of my score and submitted a ticket to the help center and got a response more quickly than I would have thought. The only thing is, the response gave absolutely no helpful information. " We have read your ticket and have categorized it internally based on the specific issue that you reported. This means that we can always find your ticket (or others with the same issue) if we have more information to share. You don't need to submit a new ticket for this same issue. We can even reopen tickets that have been closed if we need to get a hold of you :) Since your ticket has been all handy-dandy categorized we are able to distribute and prioritize the issue you have reported. Unfortunately we will not be able to give you an exact date of when this problem may be fixed (since any time frame is subject to change) but we are aware of it and appreciate your report! Issues that impact the whole site will be fixed for everyone at the same time so you don't need to worry about being left out :) Unfortunately if you lost Neopoints or Neopoint items as a result of this issue it is unlikely that we will be able to replace them :( " What do you guys suggest I do? The reason I'm asking is I checked your games list and Attack of the Slorgs isn't on there, so it's not even registering that you've played it. AJ11 Posted September 9, 2014 Share Posted September 9, 2014 If I were you I would just wait until after the change to the new server give it a week and then bash those slorgs again and submit your score. The message you got looks like something they might be just sending out at the moment because they perhaps dont have time to deal with it, Im guessing they are working on making the change to the new server and after the change all goes through it will be business as usual ... fingers crossed well done getting that score ! esem17 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I click on submit score, and it takes me straight to the music download part of the game which is not what I want. So no NP, no avatar. No score. Good idea though. I will just wait until the serverswap. I've just been on a hot streak with avatars (like 20 in the last week), and I don't want to stop! EDIT: All I needed was a diffreent browser! Something Has Happened! You are now eligible to use 'Attack of the Slorgs' as an avatar on the NeoBoards!
