lklein0607 Posted June 24, 2014 Share Posted June 24, 2014 Hello all, About two weeks ago, I finally logged into my neopets account after a few years. Everything was working fine and dandy... until I tried to transfer a neopet to a friend. All of a sudden, my account was frozen, saying that my Username was either insulting and/or revealing. My username is necrolynlyn, not sure how that is insulting or revealing. However, when I try to submit a ticket, it says I have to log in. When I log in, it says my account is frozen and I have to submit a ticket. Thus begins a vicious cycle. I have tried emailing them (which took me forever to find the correct email address), but no such luck with a response. Can anyone give me some advice on what to do? Should I have a friend submit a ticket for me? Addendum: I cannot even submit a ticket to Neopets, even with trying a different browser. All I get is a blank screen. On one internet browser, it comes up blank after I click on 'submit a ticket' on another browser, it says 'this page is no longer available.' Don't worry, you are not the only person who has gotten frozen for the same reason for having a "revealing" user name. I hope you get everything situated! I had the same issue and discovered that you HAVE to accept third party cookies in order for the Help/Submit A Ticket page to work. Also ensure that you use IE or Chrome. Good luck!
