accessing an item gifted to me?

I received a gift from someone I didn't know for no reason so I was curious if it was by mistake so I didn't open it, I messaged the sender to ask if they wanted it returned and they said they randomly selected me for it.I went back to my neuronal and the message containing the gift is no longer there, I didn't delete it so I'mwondering if it were moved to some where I don't know about

It should still be in your Item Transfer Log if you neither accepted or returned it :)
