New to the forums... and Neopets?

Even though my neopet is 4.5 years old (and it's just level 8), I know nothing about Neopets compared to all of you. I barely know which games are better to get NP, where are the Dailies ubicated and the times for visiting Colztan, The Snowagger, and other basic stuff :nerd: .

 

(Aside the low levels, ShyKick isn't pretty at all)

 

So this year I decided to grow up in the site :mario:, wishing to level up my pets, get better weapons for BD, reach the Millionaire Platinum rank in the bank and maybe unlocking the Lab, and all those secret places :shiftyeyes_anim: .

 

I registered here to ask for help & tips and meet nice people (as far i've seen you're all nice :rolleyes_anim: ), so...

 

I'm a newbie, any tips?

Welcome to TDNF! I'm Sabrina. :) I think it's great you want to get more involved with Neopets. I started training my pets with dubloons at The Academy in Krawk Island first. It helped save neopoints, before training with codestones at Mystery Island.

 

I love making neopoints, and have reached the Platinum Rank at the bank. I found these games to be the fastest for making neopoints:

Key quest( 2 player 5-key games) You can also win secret laboratory map pieces in your gold keys, along with assorted paint brushes, neggs, codestones, and treasure map pieces. Guide: http://thedailyneopets.com/neopets-games/keyquest-index

 

Habitarium- You earn neopoints as you level up. Once at the max level 50, you can earn up to 100k a day with purple gems worth 500 nps a piece.

Battling- You can earn prizes when defeating your challenger. There is a daily item limit of 15. I usually sell the codestones and dubloons I've won.

 

Stock Market- Easy way to double your neopoints, but it is more of a long-term profit.

welcome back! :) For most of my years playing neo I was quite the loner, it's nice to have a community of people that can offer you help or just chat with. :)

 

I would also strongly urge you to invest in stocks! buy 1000 of a 15 np share every day (try to diversify) and then sell when it inflates. I usually wait for it to get above 100% increase but sometimes I'm impatient. and food club if there's reliable bets you can copy :)

 

and if you want to make your pet all snazzy, you can use Dress to Impress to search for and preview wearables on your pet

I am back on Neopets too after a not too long break and I would recommend www.sunnyneo.com because it answers all the questions you need to know! It helped me a lot!
