Naamah D. Posted April 8, 2014 Posted April 8, 2014 I was just wondering if games like Pokemon Diamond, Platinum and HeartGold ever stop working like the Pokemon games for the GBA and Gameboy. Quote
Kyurri Posted April 8, 2014 Posted April 8, 2014 I don't really understand your question but, I'll try: If it's about the game not working: They say GBA Games expire and stop working after a couple of years. I'm not sure if that's true or if it's applicable for DS Games to work like that but, you don't put in dusty places and use them frequently. They break down if that happens. If it's about the story stopping: There are short post-story things but, their short (duh) Sorry. I really don't understand your question but, here's the best I got :sad01_anim: Quote
juststoppingby Posted April 8, 2014 Posted April 8, 2014 According to google: No. Those DS games run on the DS clock and not an internal battery like ruby or sapphire. Quote
officialsarahjay Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 (edited) Only the GBA games that run on a battery. I have a version of Sapphire that cannot keep time anymore and I can replace the battery very carefully, but I don't want to. The DS games are fine, they can last forever. Within reason.
