I Tried Resetting My Password On Neopets, And The Username Is Valid When I Type It In, But When I Finish The Make Sure Your Not A Robot Thing, It Says That Either My Username Or Email Are Invalid?

Have you checked the email? Maybe they won't accept it (anymore)

If you have another email, you could try with that one. (or create a new one for neopets)

I've been having similar problems with pretty much anything on neo that requires me to type in my UN and PW (logging in, purchasing nc, etc). :c I know for a fact my information is correct, but it keeps giving me an error message and telling me that it isn't. I submitted a ticket a few days ago and haven't heard back yet, but maybe you should do the same?

Well, I did the forget your username thing, and I got an email with my username on it. This is frustrating. I'm going to try something first before I go on exploding.

Maybe I should send a ticket.
