customise won't load

I have been trying to customise my pet but it won't load any one else having this problem?

Make sure your closet doesn't contain too many items. Also check that your flash is working. :)

If that doesn't work, try on another browser. Unfortunately, customise is notoriously glitchy, and will only work on one browser for someone, but won't work on that browser for another person. Some people can have less than 100 items in their closet and still get it to load, others can have more than 500. Good luck!
