Need help coding a shop blog text box!

I've been trying to figure out the proper coding for a shop blog text box for over 3 hours now with no success. I have followed several tutorials including the one from Jellyneo but it's a bit unclear about what goes where for dimensions of the text box itself and how to make it line up in the correct spot of the image.

If someone can help me code it I'd really appreciate it and will pay 15,000Np for it to be fixed. I've never coded anything like this before so I'm having a lot of trouble.

You really just have to do trial and error to find the exact placement of the textbox and the dimensions for it.

Oh, I didn't know that, I've seen people do it all the time on other pet sites, so I thought they still did it on Neopets too. My bad, I apologize.
