Anyone participating in the Beauty Contest this week?

I voted for you. What program did you use to make those? I've never done a beauty contest before. I figure it's something I might try after I'm done with all my other goals on the site, which will most likely be never.

Thank you. I used MS Paint to line-draw the Zafara, then transferred it to Photoshop to finish the rest.

With the Shoyru, I was experimenting and it ended up working pretty well for me. I started with geometric shapes on different layers and matched them how I wanted the pose first. Then I used the Lasso tool to reshape them using Fill and Stroke options on selections, or using selections to take away. It was a weird way of doing it, but really useful and fun for me.

I understand not getting to it. I've been on Neopets forever and just now tried it out. It wasn't really planned either, I just wanted to try drawing a pet or two. Hopefully I will try again soon if time and motivation permits. Before this I only did a few Random Contest entries.
