Hi guys! I'm new here so I just thought I'd introduce myself. My name is Christy, but I usually go by my Neopets UN _snuffles ! According to my main account I've been with Neopets for 10 years, but I actually have an older account that I was locked out of and is now frozen due to inactivity :( But that account was 13 years old. I love Doctor Who, Harry Potter, Hunger Games, Castle, Firefly, books in general, and my cat. ^^; Anyways nice to meet all of you! :)

Hello and welcome to the forums! Have you tried sending a ticket into NeoPets to get you older account back? I had a side that happened to and once I put the ticket in with some of the stats and info they requested, it was unlocked within just a couple days.

Welcome! I had that happen to me too ages ago. My older account is like 13 years old if not older. I tried to send a ticket but they wanted me to name old pets I had on my account. I could only think of the first one and apparently it wasn't good enough. That account has now been deleted.
