According to my main account I've been with Neopets for 10 years, but I actually have an older account that I was locked out of and is now frozen due to inactivity :( But that account was 13 years old. I had a side that happened to and once I put the ticket in with some of the stats and info they requested, it was unlocked within just a couple days. I tried to send a ticket but they wanted me to name old pets I had on my account. I could only think of the first one and apparently it wasn't good enough.
