The Wheel of Monotony

Hello,

I started playing the The Wheel of Monotony because I want the avatar.

I spin it today at 00:00 NST and now it's 8:03 am!!!

When does it stop?

How many times do I have to endure this in order to get the avatar?

I was hoping that because today is the neopets birthday I will get it.

What do I do? I refresh the page?

Do you have enough Neopoints? If you don't have enough Neopoints to spin the wheel, it might look like it's spinning, but it's not.

 

I've also found that you always have to have enough Neopoints to spin the wheel on hand at all times.

I've only had one or two spins ever that went more than ~2-3 hours. You either got really unlucky or it glitched. I'd probably refresh at this point to see if you can spin again (if it glitched, you're usually able to).

I usually have less than 1000 NP at hand, but I don't think I have fallen below 150 NP.

I will keep it in mind tomorrow (if I ever try to spin this wheel)

 

 

 

I have refreshed the page and guess what I spin the whell again!

So I guess it was glitched.

Maybe at some point while you left the wheel spinning you had, just for a few moments less than 150 np. Maybe you didn't even notice it, but it might have been enough for the game to go bananas and glitch...

For what it's worth, I've been tracking the various wheels, and the WoMon does have a long-term net positive in prizes. Barely, but you'll get your money back and then some. Just open it in a tab and let it spin while you work on other things.

once I got really angry at the wheel 'coz it spinned for several hours already and suddenly I deposited my np to bank so it stopped :grrr:

 

glad now I don't have to spin it anymore.

Is that a thing? Like on Neopets birthday REs are more plentiful? If so I totally wasted it this year round.
