SFC/Haunted Faire Connection

So I went to the haunted faire and i found something suprising at the desserted cart! Apparently the monster has gone through there! The message said:

 

"Ah, you've come to me at a bad time, I'm afraid. Some kind of monster ripped through my cart not long ago and destroyed half a year's labour. There'll be no Masks of Dread this Halloween. If you're desperate to have a mask for a good caper, take a gander at the ones below."

 

maybe its a step in a scavenger hunt for the monster?

I think it could be. I have to admit being pretty upset when I saw this, masks of dread is one of my favorite events :(

oh well-hopefully this plot wont disappoint!

Oh well, hopefully the incident at the SFC well make up for it.

I also think that Haunted Shootery not working has something to do with the plot/event...

Masks of dread sounds like it would have been awesome. Maybe there will be a mini plot to bring it back.

I'm pretty convinced we won't have a masks of dread this year, but I'm so excited to see how this is going to unravel!

So happy we're doing something new instead of Masks of Dread all over again this year! :3 This also definitely means this SFC-related event will last until at least the end of October, which is exciting.
