Ticket Description Issue Type: Comments and Feedback Summary: kacheekers Neopets Topic: Games & Trophies Your ideas and comments:: Last month I won all four of the game and still didn't get gold trophy. Since perhaps another department handles Feedback, another one handles Support issues. It's a whole Customer Service mess, but it's what you have to deal with :P Quote

Rebecca~ Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 I have had the same problem happen to me, due to a glitch in the order the games were sent to me. They basically said in response to my ticket that their data is erased at the end of the month, so they can't check if I actually did win all of the games or not. You can resubmit your ticket, but you'll likely get a similar response. These issues have been going on for ages apparently, and I guess they're having a lot of problems trying to fix them. Quote
