Last week I send in a ticket.

Summary: kacheekers Neopets

Topic: Games & Trophies

Your ideas and comments:: Last month I won all four of the game and still didn't get gold trophy. How am I suppose to win one if I can't get it by winning every games?

Can someone please tell me the meaning of this reply. What is that suppose to mean. Why do they have ticket function if they are not gonna answer it.

This means you shouldn't have submitted it under Comments and Feedback, rather under Bug Reports. Since perhaps another department handles Feedback, another one handles Support issues. It's a whole Customer Service mess, but it's what you have to deal with :P

I have had the same problem happen to me, due to a glitch in the order the games were sent to me. They basically said in response to my ticket that their data is erased at the end of the month, so they can't check if I actually did win all of the games or not.

You can resubmit your ticket, but you'll likely get a similar response. These issues have been going on for ages apparently, and I guess they're having a lot of problems trying to fix them.
