How to solve obelisk War Plot Solution after the war .

I'm not entirely sure what you mean. There isn't a puzzle to do, it was just fighting. They should be releasing the prizes soon. If they turn the Obelisk into a daily after it's all over, it will be open to everyone, not just the people who participated in the war.
