Posting lists of users in order to publicly "shame" them is against Neopets rules, which in turn violate the rules of this forum. While it's OK to rant about being quit on, pointing to specific users is not allowed.

Um, TNT might freeze you if they see that. That can be considered harassment and is a reportable offense because you have no actual proof that they quit/cheat.

So please take that website down and keep the list to yourself.

Besides what rockyroad said, you're assuming a "guilty until proven innocent" mindset -- and how on earth are people supposed to prove innocence when they don't know who accused them during what game? And if your internet connection fails or TNT bumps you, it's not like you're going to think "Oh, hey, I should take a screenshot in case someone accuses me of cheating." If you step away from the window for too long, it's not like you're going to have a camera recording your computer area to show that's why your turn got skipped.

 

I had someone falsely accuse me of quitting a game in KQ once. They came onto my (trade advertisement) Neoboard and said I quit "right when they were about to win" -- which was a complete lie, because I had tried to play KQ that day, but it was uber-glitchy and kept kicking me out within the first few turns. Which should have been obvious to anyone playing against me since I had skipped turns before getting kicked out. I reported the person, as did others, and then they came onto the trade Neoboard (on their side) and made a new topic complaining that they'd been silenced for calling out a KQ cheater. When I tried to report their new board, it was too late -- someone else already had.

 

You don't know who's going to make false reports. You don't even know if someone actually cheated or just had unfortunate timing. You can't tell based on a single game, nor their win record (I'm pretty good at KQ, so some consider my win record too high, but it's legitimate -- I do have a number of silver keys, but I win gold ~70-80% of the time). There are people who can tell, though -- TNT. They can examine the logs of several games by someone and see if there's a consistent pattern of quitting right before the exit, skipping their turn when lintballed, etc. And then they'll warn them (or freeze them if it keeps happening or they keep getting reported). So the best way to "call out" KQ cheaters is to report them to the people who have the authority to actually do something about it. Not by going on a witch hunt presuming guilt before innocence.
