pang
Whenever I play battledome at home, I couldn't choose weapons. I recently notice the "error on page" massage at status bar when on the page. I've tried look for update but it doesn't work. What should I do? Computer: compaq presario v2000 (about 8 years old) operating: window xp program: internet explorer 8 If this go on I won't be able to complete the plot. It seem stupid to have to cling the enemies to death when I have sword od skardsen on set!
deadninja6
Well I see your problem. You're using Internet Explorer.:P But seriously, switch to Mozilla, or Google Chrome, and it should be fixed.:P LizyMarie and Lydia Trebond
LizyMarie
I use Firefox on a Mac and get the problem as well. It's usualy solved by just refreshing the page. It seems like some script error that gets in the way. It's Beta, afterall :)
pang
Refreshing doesn't work. I will try firefox when I got home then. I have been resisting install it for ages. Seem I have no choice now.
deadninja6
Yeah, actually, now that I think about it, I have had that problem. It was a lot more consistent back during the first wave, when people were clogging the crap out of the servers, all excited about this brand new plot/event, but I imagine it would have been a lot worse if I were willing enough to test my sanity, and use Internet Explorer.:P
Lydia Trebond
Oh I've gotten that on occasion, but waiting or fighting with only an ability and fighting with that only for around fixes that.
deadninja6
Oh, yeah, and I noticed that your computer is pretty old.(Not insulting, mine's not nearly top-of-the-line, either.:P) If you download Mozilla, and it gets past that bit, but when you press "FIGHT!", and it doesn't process, click on your abilities, or one of your weapons, to clear it, and then choose it again, and click on the "FIGHT!" button again.:
Rebecca~
TNT said when they released the new BD that it wasn't compatiable with IE. I imagine there are various other issues since the BD is in beta, which is why it's also happening on other browsers. But yeah, try a different browser, and it should be just fine. pang
I miss the old battledome, it's not this fancy but real easy to use. In fact, I kind of miss all the old games. Theme hospital need, like, 10mb for the whole thing to run, while the newer games need 1 gb space. Yeah, my computer is really old. Lots of stuff ain't working anymore. edit: I just realise that my first edit was lost somehow... Anyway, using firefox really work. Thank you very much everyone.
