Notable Neopet?

How does one go about getting their pet to be 'notable'?

It's chosen randomly .. but TNT stated that ur pet has to meet certain customization standards esp the number of items they're wearing .. which they didn't disclose but is estimated to be at least four

Most guides I've read say four is the lucky number, if you really want to get a notable (w/ screenie) you should know that it changes about every five minutes. Good luck.

ive read somewhere that your pet needs to be in the customisation spotlight because all notable neopets are chosen randomly from there.... not sure how true this is though

That's what I thought as well. I was never notified of my pets being Notable until I started entering them.

If it helps at all, Rhienn has been notable many times (when I owned her) and it's always when I enter the customization spotlight, so I think that theory is pretty accurate. :)
