I got confused :/ was the theme available last night at 12:00am NST or tonight at 12:00am NST?

I was so close to it last year lol. I asked my boyfriend to wake me up at 2:50am (11:50pm NST) because I was super tired but I ended waking up myself at 3:05am (12:05am NST). I was so dissapointed lol.

To obtain this layout, refresh at the Haunted Woods around midnight (between 11:59 PM and 12:01 AM NST) at the end of Halloween (October 31st).
