You need to refresh at the Haunted Woods at 11:59 PM NST on October 31st in order to get it for permanent use. If you're up at that time like I am, go for it if you want another site theme. 11:59 PM NST = 2:59 AM EST where I live. Saxen, Rebecca~ and a8123 3
