Help my kougra dress up as Jhudora?

I'm trying to dress my kougra up for Halloween and I am looking for suggestions. This is what I have so far:

I meant, I could get the actual wig. Neopoints aren't really an issue, I have a little Neocash left. Really, I'm just trying to figure out how to manipulate items to make it work.

Hmm that will be tough. You're probably right that her wig is the best option. Can't think of anything else...

Have you tried the Jhudoras Bluff background?

 

Perhaps the Gothic Kougra Mask to help her look more menacing? lol
