Before you got it, were you considering having a pirate ixi? If not, and you don't really think you want one all that much, then sell. It's somebody's dream pet.

Then, yeah. You should probably sell it. There's no reason for the value to go up, so don't count on that.

i almost got one as well for 450k in an auction but every single auction i lose :(, i came so close 4 times to getting that pirate krawk as well!

Like other people have said, the price is unlikely to go up. They are released through the chests from the Forgotten Shore, though they are rare.
