babblebuth
Ok so I am all kinds of confused. I received a random email saying "A request was made to retrieve the usernames associated with this email address." a few weeks back. I thought it was a mistake and deleted it. About a week after this I was unable to log into my account. I tried requesting my password and then requested usernames and the username was no longer listed. I quickly logged into my side account and changed the password on that as well as my email account and have deleted all cookies and such. I just received another email about usernames. I'm worried about so many things because first I don't know if I will get my account back. Some people have said they got a response within a week and others have said they waited months. Next, I don't know why I am getting these emails and if I am going to get hacked again. I really can't deal with anymore. AAARRRGGHHH! Rebecca~
Oh no, I'm so sorry this is happening! I'm afraid that all you can do at this point is make sure that your email and side accounts are secure, and that you supplied TNT with as much information as possible. Has your main been frozen? They may do that to keep whom ever got into your account from doing any damage.
Mouseykins
Whenever you get a random email saying your username or password has been requested ALWAYS change your password! I hope you get it sorted out soon with a fast response from TNT. Best of luck!

Angeló
that is most probably a typing mistake made by someone ... your username is babblebuth which can be easily confused with bubblebath or babblebath or other usernames ... don't freak out :) but it's still better to change your password periodically , just in case :)
ashleagh
Oh dear! Is your main account listed as frozen/disabled? Try changing your e-mail password too, just in case. I had a few suspicious requests a couple months back and sent a ticket in to TNT. Unfortunately, they were not concerned at all and basically said: as long as they can't log into your e-mail they can't retrieve your password.
