You'll have to put it in your safety deposit box and just hold out to really make a lot of neopoints. I'd suggest getting the stamp and/or the books. The best thing you can buy with those points would be an Altador Cup VII Commemorative Stamp (4000 points) since Stamps will spike up in value in the long run.
