Try logging out then back in and it might work for you if not Just try again later I guess. Or submit a ticket, they might be fixing a few bugs. I missed out on a lot when the mall first started and quite a few collectables and cool stuff as the years have past. But that amount proves I'm trying to get what I can lol ^^ and that I'm hopelessly hooked on NC apparently lol.
