I put a ticket in a week or so ago.. and i got a reply within 1day. I think it depends mainly on what the problem is. My ticket was to do with pet creation. It didn't help since after four years of not logging in she couldn't remember anything her pets had equipped or anything in her inventory so they wouldn't give it back, but the response was prompt. Then again I've waited months for mundane questions. I've been sitting on a simple habitarium question for a week now. Did you at least get the email saying they received your ticket? My account was frozen for my protection have my account was cookie grabbed. That was back in November I sent a couple inquiries to the email they sent requesting a status update but all I get is a canned response or none at all.
