I'm currently browsing through the lots in the Trading Post and the Auctions to find you some cheap Poogle MPs. I've seen a standalone lot with a Cloud Poogle Morphing Potion for a low value of 550,000 NP (and a Glowing Poogle MP at the same price from the same lot owner, too) over at the Trading Post.
