Batman
You're going to have to take what I say with a slight grain of salt. I haven't been on in about a week or so. but.... 1) around 100 mil - 120 mil 2) 110 mil, each lender has a different number around there. 3) not super easy because of its price. And there is a cap on auctions of 20 mil first price and 20 mil increments. Which means 40 mil max. So most people bid on junk items until they get to the price decided on and then post the item in the last one for the last of it. Oh and these have to be NF only because you don't want a bidding war for BGC in the end.

Hey, thanks for replying ! 1) Oh dang, I thought it was like 200mil. o_O 2) I see I see, that part makes sense. 3) Oh... so this would require a bit of trust? The buyer has to bid on junk items first, hm. Hope I won't have to play the whole "Idk if I want to go first" game. Also, in your opinion, if you were to sell a BGC would you advertise it on the AC or BDC? :O I'm also thinking I shouldn't advertise on a main if I do, since then I'll probably be bombarded with lending requests and other things... Rune Valentine
It'd be a lot easier to sell it if you went through trading it for expensive ETS items, like HT BD weapons, Draik MPs, PBs. BGCs run around ~110mil and I've seen people able to sell them off pretty quickly even just putting it up on the TP. Since you're selling a high-profile item, you're going to have to be prepared for the NMs you're going to get. Unfortunately, that's all part of selling expensive things. That's a great idea, I think I'll go with trading it for items then. More comfortable for both the buyer and seller. And sorry, since you helped me already, but off the top of your head do you think you could name off some high-end ETS items? I have a few in mind, but I'm not used to dealing in that upper area of items so I'm not suree. :)
Rune Valentine
http://www.thedailyn...en-tower-items/ Any of the "Sword of" items, Ghostkerbomb, Kelpbeards Trident, Hubrid Nox Memorial Shield, Magical Marbles of Mystery. Possibly also Draik MPs (Water, Eventide), PBs over 10 mil (Water, Wraith, Eventide) These will be "easier" to sell, not exactly an easy sell, but will be (I think) a better option for you than doing a junk auction that splits up NP. The math and adding the costs up will be entirely up to you and your buyer. Good luck selling :)

Dynohawk
Lucky indeed! I do wonder why TNT have put a limit of 40m on Auction (and less for SW and TP) seems a bit silly to me if there are items worth 100m+
youngrace
it used to be because having >100k was completely unimaginable back in y2, when the trading post first came out. the initial limit was 400k (iirc), but they raised it twice in y3 to 500k, then 600k, and raised it again some years later to 800k. i feel like they should deffo raise it some more though, since even "poor" neopians can scrap up to 1 mill now. ~
Rebecca~
Wow, what luck! :D I hope you have an easy time trading it, and everything goes smoothly. ^_^ it used to be because having >100k was completely unimaginable back in y2, when the trading post first came out. the initial limit was 400k (iirc), but they raised it twice in y3 to 500k, then 600k, and raised it again some years later to 800k. i feel like they should deffo raise it some more though, since even "poor" neopians can scrap up to 1 mill now. ~ This. When I first started I thought making 1.5k a day was a lot! I remember paying about 5k-ish for Christmas Paint Brushes and I think I saved up all of 50k for a really fancy PB, haha. But yes, TNT really needs to up the limit on the TP, and maybe get rid of a limit in the AH.
moni_rawr
If you do go about using the Trading Post, be very careful on the offers that are made on it because there will most likely be people offering HTT items (I fell victim to that already), then you're stuck trying to sell those. I would suggest telling people to Neomail their offers so that you can accept/decline their offer through NM rather than having a long list of offers on the item. Rebeka
Oh you lucky rich thing :) I can't even imagine saving that much money to be lent BGC. Except if I become a restock god or something :D
Ninth
They're not the easiest thing to trade since it's a crappy weapon, but advertise on the BD Chat and ask for ETS weapons, be careful if you're doing the multiple auction for pure thing, I got scammed that way and lost 120m buying an avatar stamp lol. Thankfully TNT is returning it though : D But yeah the scammer did the whole "I'm not going first thing." It's better if you trade for ETS weapons like anagram swords, GBomb, ect.
