If you have a PC, there will be a button on the keyboard that is something along the lines of Print Screen or Prnt Scrn. Hit that. Go into Paint or Photoshop and hit File/Paste. Save.

 

Go to tinypic or photobucket etc and upload it, than paste the "Direct Link" in your post :)

TDN has a guide for creating screenshots. I think Linds missed a step for PC just a second and I'll grab it for you.

Another way, if you are using Windows 7, is to use snipping tool. It is awesome and allows you to select the area that you want used instead of having to edit it or use a program like paint or photoshop.
