Naamah D. Posted February 18, 2012 Posted February 18, 2012 So while signing up for premium I noticed that I have to fill in my entire address. Since I am moving, will I be able to edit my address later? Quote
littlemushro0m Posted February 18, 2012 Posted February 18, 2012 Yup, you sure can. You just go to the User Admin page: https://premium.neopets.com/user/admin/default.aspx You can also updtate stuff like billing info here. I'm not completely sure if this page is going to stick around much longer though, since they plan on getting rid of webmail. If I were you I would just wait to sign up until the new changes are implemented. Quote
Naamah D. Posted February 18, 2012 Author Posted February 18, 2012 Crap!!!!! I already signed up!!!! That's my luck for ya. Quote
littlemushro0m Posted February 18, 2012 Posted February 18, 2012 I wouldn't worry about it too much, since they definately should be re-creating that page. Just keep an eye out :) Quote
Naamah D. Posted February 18, 2012 Author Posted February 18, 2012 So I'm guessing the likelyhood of me getting frozen for something as simple as moving for to the next town over this Summer is very slim to none? Quote
littlemushro0m Posted February 18, 2012 Posted February 18, 2012 Very slim indeed. :) Well, as far as I know anyways. I've moved three times within the last year, changed the adress each time, I've been totally fine. Good luck! :) Quote
Naamah D. Posted February 19, 2012 Author Posted February 19, 2012 Thank you for your help. It'd break my heart if I were to get frozen for anything :hugs her main account pets:! Now I know that I won't, and honestly they'll have to recreate that page. Quote
muppetelle Posted February 19, 2012 Posted February 19, 2012 I've moved, I've changed banks, I've changed email addresses, in the time that I've had premium, i've also cancelled and restarted premium at least 4 times, most recently simply because the card I was using ran out! All these things should be fine, and will be fine with the new version, because at the end of the day they would lose themselves a lot of money and customers if they didn't allow for normal things like this :) Enjoy your premium!
