Angeló
you can go to the Healing Springs in Faerieland once every 30 minutes and the Faerie who lives there will eventually heal your pet for free :) here's the link http://www.neopets.com/faerieland/springs.phtml
lilshadowdweller
Yeap. It may not at first, it'll take a few times usually. I never spend NP buying medication, just always use Healing Springs. :D Good luck. And don't worry, your Neopet won't die or anything, just look sad from being ill! Crimson
In my personal uses of Poisonous Lollipop (over 50 times) I never got it to override another disease. :/

Tedhaun
Do note that the Healing Springs is also my favourite method of healing a sick Neopet without having to pay any amount of Neopoints.
