The bag itself should cost around 100,000 NP if you are willing to resell it. Exclusive items like the 12th Birthday Celebration Kougra Plushie should cost around 400,000 NP to 500,000 NP, and the 12th Birthday Celebration Xweetok Plushie costs 450,000 NP on the Trading Post. Neopets 12th Birtday Cake should cost you around 110,000 NP if reselling it. The items that can be won when opened are worth at least 120K-250K. So, I say open it. Edit: I think I'm addicted! I found one in the sw for 94,000 nps and bought. Inside I found a 12th Birthday Celebration Kougra Plushie which is worth 500k!
