Myriad Posted November 27, 2007 Posted November 27, 2007 Movies cost $12 dollars in Aus. Rip off. :P They started out as $10. Speaking of movies, how often would you go into Gold Class? Quote
Izzy ♥ Posted November 27, 2007 Posted November 27, 2007 Depending on which day you go to the movies here they can be quite expensive ($15 on Fri/Sat nights) or cheapish ($4 Tuesdays). Myriad - I've seen the ads for Gold Class but I don't think I'd ever go lol Not worth it, same movie as you can see for cheaper in normal cinemas lol Quote
DOOM Bringer Posted November 27, 2007 Posted November 27, 2007 Lol I went in Gold Class once to see Click. It was cool and the seats were comfy :D Quote
The Original Luna Posted November 27, 2007 Posted November 27, 2007 I don't think I've ever been in a Gold Class before... Quote

Myriad Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 I've only been to IMAX once. We saw a movie on a really big screen. :D I've seen a movie in 4-D at Dreamworld, once. It was really cool. :) Have fun at Beowulf! Quote
DOOM Bringer Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 Thanks Myriad :D . What exactly does 4-D involve? What does it look like? Quote
Myriad Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 Well, instead of red and blue galsses you have funny looking grey shiny ones. And also, say that it starts raining in the movie, It would start raining in the cinema. It's really fun. :) Quote
antiaircraft Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 What exactly is IMAX? Some kind of special cinema? Quote
