I'm not sure how long I can last without falling asleep, but it's pretty long.

If It were just me- I'd just sleep all day- I have responsibilities.

What gets me is- if you don't sleep enough you get tired and if you sleep too much your tired- you can't win!

I can't find it though- I only find it on holidays- Is why i'm always late for school (and tired around lunch-time)

Yup - the trick is balance. And only use caffeine in emergencies, it will actually take more out of you in the end.

Yeah because then you crash.

Coffee actually doesn't have much effect on me. It just makes me feel a little bit less groggy. A very little bit.

I don't use Caffiene- I use Dumle Cocoa by Fazez. (Finnish Hot Chocolate- I drink it cold)

Coffe makes my hyper but no crash. :P
