Manta Posted July 1, 2011 Share Posted July 1, 2011 Box caps = a huge scam Neo's way of making sure that we don't "abuse" NC trading Each box cap costs 200nc in the mall, and has the chance to give up to 4 boxes and and an LE box, but usually only gives 1 <_< They usually appear in the last week of the month, which means that people scramble to get them, especially people who can't get boxes from cards.
