Noog
The only way I'll eat cheese in large amounts is in a mexican side dish/topping chili con queso (confused with nacho cheese like at taco bell, but it's actually a lot better). Yes. Cheese is worse. At least dark chocolate is healthy. Anisha, there is probably too many types of cheese to count. XD Cheddar, Colby, American, Parmesan, Provolone, mozzarella, and pepperjack are a few off the top of my head.
jumpingbeans
Yeah. There's about 20-30 different kinds(maybe more) My dad is lactose-intolerant, so we can almost never have3 milk in our main food.
Divya Bean
Anisha! You dont know?! There are a bazillion different kinds of cheese! :O There are wayyy to many to name though.
Wembly
There are different types of cheese? Oh my goodness yes! You don't know what you're missing out on. Soft cheese taste nothing like hard cheese. And there are cheese with stuff added in them like havardi with dill, Mmmm
jumpingbeans
I had dill carrots yesterday, and they tasted really good. Winder what dill cheese would taste like, though.
Anisha
:O I need to know more about Cheese. Where is Google? Indian doesn't have much Cheese craziness. We are more into spice.
Noog
Stuff in cheese is usually nasty, unless it's pico de gallo. @anisha I wish we were more into spice here <_< The only way I can get anything super spicy is by throwing satan's blood in it. I can't even buy that because I'm not 18 anyways.
jumpingbeans
Really? No cheese? I apologize for what you're missing out on. You mean you've never had cheese?
Divya Bean
Anisha, same with my family. We dont have much cheese in my house, but we have a whole cabinet devoted to spices.
jumpingbeans
We've got a whole drawer(a small one, though) just for cheese, cream cheese etc.
Noog
Is cream cheese even considered real cheese? Who agrees with me that complaining over jalapenos is silly :woot: Yay for spice.
Wembly
Yes. Cheese is worse. At least dark chocolate is healthy. Now thats just a lie people tell themselves to make it seem better. Cheese provides more nutrients and natural health benefits than dark chocolate. And oh no my friends, you must be buying the wrong kinds of cheese if you find stuff in cheese as gross. jumpingbeans
I don't even like jalapenos. Way too spicy for my taste. I prefer bell peppers.
-Ryan
@Noog I'm hoping thats a kind of hot sauce. o.o
Wembly
We've got tons of cheese in the fridge. Its delcious. And yes cream cheese is cheese, its a soft, mild white cheese.
jumpingbeans
I only like cream cheese on bagels. They're meant for each other.
Anisha
You guys don't get much spices, do you? You seriously need to visit India. :P Some spices are Adrak (Ginger), Tulsi (Holy Basil), Lahsun (Garlic), Kaju (Cashewnut), Hari Mirch (Green Chili), Achar (Indian Pickle) ... You know about them, right Divya? :)
Divya Bean
Of course I know about them! We have all of them in our house and tons more. But you are missing my favorite: Garham Masala. It is so good and tastes good on almost anything! Yay for spices!
jumpingbeans
I barely know any of those spices. I did know ginger, though and garlic.
-Ryan
Bleh, I have to leave soon. T-T Yeah, I don't know many of those spices either, Jb. xD
jumpingbeans
You're going to that ball game, right, Ryan? Have a great time.
-Ryan
Not for a while, but I should probably start getting ready to leave soon. -has been procrastinating-
livvy
I would never make it in India. I'd either die from spice or starvation. :P Mmm, cheese. Cheese is good. Stuff in cheese can go either very well or very horribly bad. I've had basic bleu cheese make me sick and some crazy French cheese be perfectly fine. I forget what it was called, but it was some delicious crazy French cheese.
jumpingbeans
Procrastinating-a fine art that takes days to learn, yet years to master. :)
livvy
Hm... that reminds me that I need to start getting ready. Not that I'm going anywhere, but it'd be nice to be up and about when mum gets home. I'll be back shortly. Don't post too much while I'm gone! :O
