Emily Posted December 26, 2011 Share Posted December 26, 2011 For me, the SSW is worth what it costs per month. The monthly np bonuses, and extra SHH events are fun. Also, the premium boards are a great resource for avatar lending and just chatting. For me, for less than 8$/month, it's totally worth it. Emily Posted December 26, 2011 Share Posted December 26, 2011 In addition to the events that pop up on the page while surfing the site, you also get extra SHH events sent to your premium account in the form of an email that can be accessed through your portal. It gives you a link that leads to a SHH event. It's different than the ones you get directly on the neopets pages at the top of the screen while browsing. You do notice a slight increase in normal SHH events, too -- a little while after signing up, I got a Dr. Sloth event with an aisha transmogrification potion, which was nice.
