Hanso Charisma Charm

I thought hanso charisma charms were like 400k each, why do I see them in the 500-600k range on trading post. The only deal 10 icons, why are they so good?

They are also a full dark blocker that's why they're more desirable that the other 10 icon-ers. As far as price goes, people charge whatever they feel people are willing to pay so if all the ones that were 400k all sold, the prices will go up since the isn't really a steady influx of them anymore.

So how much do you think the charms will stabilize at since they are essentially ring of the lost which used to stabilize at 10mill...do you see charms at 1 million in the future?

Meh, who knows, maybe in a very long time if no new better equivalent weapons come out but I would seriously doubt it would make it all the way to 1 mil. I haven't personally looked for Hanso's charm in a while but I think that the 500-600k is probably pretty stable.

It may take years for the price to inflate to 1M. Given that many users were able to get 120k+ plot points, and that HCC was worth 12k plot points, there will be many more HCCs around than RoTLs.

What the heck, the charms seem to be going for 600-750k on trading post...I wanted to buy one for 450k but those don't exist anymore :C

Lot 374206258 and Lot 374201588, are both around 400k

I think it's going to stay a lot cheaper than RoTL. It will get more expensive over time, of course, being a plot prize, but it'll never get up to where RoTL was. As far as I can see, it'll always be a pretty good deal.

 

1M seems a possibility, though, years later.

I finally bought a charm for 475k today and then "The Grundo Leader attacks!!! He steals Hanso Charisma Charm" Like [removed], so much np down the drain! Why does neopets screw me over so much!

For expensive weapons, it's usually best to equip them or SDB them immediately after.

Ive seen HCC going for 400k again on the TP. But preferably i like RotL over HCC. I dont think they will reach 1mil maybe up to 700k at the most but if for some odd reason they do break a mill it could be a long ways down the road.

Ring of the Lost is more useful, agreed. But is it actually worth three more million or so?

 

I think it will be 1mil, some day. It's a plot prize, meaning that there's only ever going to be that many after people've spent their plot points. But agreed, it probably won't be for a couple of years at least.

I've seen many sell for 450K recently, so you probably just have to search harder and just ignore those with overpriced lots. Over time, the cost is going to increase.

Its a really good weapon for the price. the best weapon for the price. next step up for a cheap deal is Brynns Sword. more damage but no blocking

You probably should. It is a great investment.

 

As to your second statement, TNT allows you to mass restock if you predict some sort of natural inflation (retirement in this case).

HCC will rise in price eventually, but not as quickly as most of us would hope. Many people hoard there points, so the item is never truly retired. For example, I am hoarding my 136000 plot points until I feel I want to take stuff out and sell.

alright, bought another one for 550k (can't find any for 500k or less cause they seem to be all bought by those mass hoarders)...thought I do think a hubrid mox shield and a hanso charisma charm is one of the most ultimate defences and offences on a scorchio (30% fire resistance). Thoughts?

Yes, HCC, HNMS, and scorchios go very well together. You will have some kind of defense against any type of attack (besides reflected icons).

I am still very much under the impression that these are a steal at being under 800k still. I try and buy extras when I can afford it. The full dark block will be invaluable.
