Whenever getting into Neo I always get a blank page, but after refreshing it I get the page and can go on. But I only need to refresh once. And because my computer is dying due to the Google Redirect Virus I cannot get rid of, I can't get into Neopets AT ALL. No matter how many times I refresh, I keep getting a blank page! HELP! Why can't you get rid of it? What have you tried? Have you made another thread on the Computer forums? All viruses can be removed, but in the absolute worst case scenario, you'll have to reformat/reinstall Windows/Mac. I've done plenty of technical support (it's a hobby of mine), and I can tell you that reformatting/reinstalling isn't that hard to do. It's a last resort, however, because you'll lose everything - all your files, pictures, music, etc. In the meantime, try disabling your adblocker, and if that doesn't work, try another browser.
