What happens when..?

Say person A transfers a neopet to person B. Immediately afterwards, person A deactivates their account/gets frozen. Person B, meanwhile, has had to be called away for a family emergency, and has no internet for 2 weeks. The pet is "rejected"... then what? Does it bounce back to the owner who does not exist for all intents and purposes, or get pushed into the adoption area, or simply get stuck? Or even something else completely different?

I believe it goes to the frozen person.

 

I'm not sure about this, because I have yet to come across something like that, but it will, I guess, go into non-existency.

if a pet is not adopted after a certain time , it goes back to the original owner/sender

That's an interesting question. I really hope I never find myself in that situation. It might bug up the system. You should send in an editorial :yes:
