Forgot passwords on two accounts I need to switch emails for

So...does this mean I'm stuck with two accounts with passwords and emails I cannot change because I don't remember the passwords for and I can't access the email they're on?

Yea pretty much means you have lost the account... You could always try to guess the passwords you have used and could be lucky.
