I haven't noticed any specific times when they restock more, but maybe if you try at times when there are less players online (check on the Neopets homepage) maybe you'll be luckier than me. Quote

Nika Posted August 14, 2011 Posted August 14, 2011 I don't think there's a time that's better than any other... I've tried in the morning too, even at 4 am (finals week) but I think restocking is either really popular in every time zone. Or maybe autobuyers just make it super hard. Quote

I spent well over an hour refreshing but i'm always too slow (usually when putting in the haggling price) Unfortunately i can only really get online the same times as everyone else.... Quote
