As you can see, I got a question.

 

For example, if you happen to reply to my post,

some (or most) of you guys will have pictures and/or words under each of your replies.

I just wanted to know what do you call that thing...

And how can I make one of my own? :)

I suppose those are called signatures, you can change your signature right here.

Its called a signature :)

 

If you go to your Profile and click "Edit My Profile" then one of the options is "Change My Signature" - thats where you enter text to appear below all your posts.
