Could someone reference me to some good guides so I can read up about it before tomorrow? I really only want the avvie so I do not plan to set aside much time for this. Is there a way I can get the avvie by playing for like only a week? Thanks

I got My avatar a few months back. You need to maintain it all month simply because of having to pay rent and the taxman coming. If you don't pay your rent, your game ends. This means you need to have money on hand to pay the rent. Not to mention if you have too much, the taxman take it. So you need to maintain the game so you have enough to pay for these things. After the first week or two, you don't have to put as much effort into it though.
