You can definitely get it though; it just takes a bit of patience and then getting lucky and being around when a lender is. Generally, he appears about once a year, for about 10 minutes. I believe it was pretty unheard of for him to appear more than once in a day, like yesterday. He's generally a once or twice a year appearance. Before he appeared the other day, it'd been over a year since his last sighting.
