(in year 1) ,, dr sloth tried to enslave Neopia and change all neopets into mutants ... he sent mutant grundos into the 4 corners of Neopia to do this job for him by kidnapping neopets and bringing them back to VP station so he can zap them .. thankfully the Space Faerie stopped him at the right time ... but apparently some of them still dont know that the mission is wayyyyyyyyyyy over ..
