Hi I couldn't help but noticing that the festival of neggs year 13 avatar was listed in my collection of avatars I need which are available. However it says retired on the solutions window. It is actually retired correct?

supposedly yes it's retired as the Y12 one ... it's given out only once

The Daily Dare Neopets Staff Tournament is also listed as still available even though the tournament has ended. I understand it could be rereleased next year, but perhaps the description could be updated. :) It might also be worth putting the Ruined avvie into the unavailable list as that plot is finished?
