In the past I've received an Orange Kougra and a Green Kyrii... Can you actually get decent ones from the wheel or is it just low tier MPs??

in all my years of playing, I can't ever recall getting any kind of item from the WoE! a long time ago, I do remember getting the avvie on a now-lost account, though.

they are not low tier MP's .. the Wheel makes them low tier ... any MP would sell for way more than 100k on the TP had it not been for the WoE .. but I really suspect it will ever give out Lutari MP's for example :D

 

I got Orange Koi , Brown Moehog and Green Uni in the past ...
