Deserted Tomb win!

I found the good treasure (not the one with the petpet but the actual treasure chest) and I was so excited... Till I saw I got only 377 neopoints and a Island Native Techo Plushie and a Melowhirl. So now I'm kinda depressed...

I've won fruit from the Deserted Tomb, but I've been able to score some free Faeries and Codestones when I hit the big treasure myself. :)

Aww, that sucks, must be bad luck. :( I usually get around 1000-2000np. As for the items, don't be too disappointed; I usually get some fruit/food or plushies/toys as well.

I've only found the actual treasure twice and the only cool thing I got was one of the golden geraptiku talismans. I was super excited until I realized they're only worth about 500np. :laughingsmiley: I've gotten the avatar, but I keep doing it because it's quick and easy and always exciting when I do win the real treasure. And like neomysterion said, you never know when you might win something worthwhile like codestones or faeries.

I really dislike it. The prizes are never worth much and I have really bad luck at it.

I'm really looking forward to getting the avatar, that way I won't feel the need to play it everyday :)

I usually get a codestone or a bottled faerie with about 1500-2500 NP ... I even won twice in a row at some point ... but I'm still waiting for that elusive avatar :guiltysmiley:

Since everyone else mentioned this, I was lucky enough to score the Deserted Tomb avatar one day during my tomb expeditions.

For Carol, the Deserted Tomb prizes aren't really worth much due to the items you get at the tomb are freebies. Once an item is obtained as a freebie, expect to have a low resell value later on.

I rarely ever get prizes from the tomb, however I did get over 1000 np (I think) this one time .....

I really just want the avvie :)

@Neomysterion - Oh I know :) That's why I dislike it. There's such a small chance to reach the treasure (most days you either get blasted or lost) that the prizes should never have been turned into freebies. It doesn't make much sense.

I only do the deserted tomb as one of my dailies to try and get the avatar. I wouldn't play it otherwise.

All I can say is...better than nothing. I can't remember the last time I won, but my sandy_kaloo has protected me many a time from getting hurt (love my pet)
